South Carolina is definitely getting more active in the blockchain industry.
For the 5 years we’ve been watching, SC has had only a few blips on our radar. SC Blockchain Industry Empowerment Act of 2021 and since 2020, a small yearly conference conspicuously called South Carolina Blockchain Conference.
At Continuum, we knew about the South Carolina Emerging Technology Association from our friends at Bates Group on the Task Force and coverage from Chamber of Digital Commerce.
Now in 2022, Continuum can see things are heating up in The Palmetto State.
South Carolina Blockchain Conference is back on our radar in a very Capitol Hill kind of way.
Not only is Bates Group, our favorite Capitol Hill compliance firm, vetting speakers and exhibitors, but they’ve also drawn a large Legislative Leadership audience.
